What is your payment policy?

Until payment has been made your date is not confirmed. Payments can be made by cash or credit card. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date at the time of order. Remaining balance will be due two weeks before service date. Any orders placed with less than 30 days notice require payment in full and are non-refundable.

Do you take last minute orders?

I definitely attempt to accommodate last minute requests if my schedule allows. However, I recommend booking your cookies as early as possible as dates fill up fast. Please do not hesitate to inquire!

Do you give discounts for large orders?

At this time, no. I am a 1-person bake shop. Homemade cookies are not subject to economies of scale. I am happy to work with all budgets and would be happy to find a way to accommodate.

How do you address food allergies?

All sweet treats are made in a kitchen that uses products that may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy or other potential food allergens. Please notify me of any allergens and I will try to accommodate.
